dc.description.abstract	The war in Ukraine and rising commodity prices have exacerbated the vulnerabilities of the Tunisian economy in the first months of 2022. The impact of the war began to be felt as the trade deficit widened by 56 percent in the first six months of 2022 reaching 8.1 percent of GDP. Lower oil and gas production and increased demand for energy and agricultural products have exacerbated the vulnerability of the trade balance to the vagaries of international markets. With a challenging global environment, the economic recovery appears weaker than previously forecast.	en
dc.description.abstract	La guerre en Ukraine et l’accroissement des prix sur les marchés internationaux sont venus exacerber les vulnérabilités de l’économie tunisienne durant les premiers mois de 2022. Les conséquences de la guerre ont commencé à se faire sentir dans la mesure où le déficit commercial s’est creusé de 56 pour cent durant les six premiers mois de 2022 atteignant 8.1 pour cent du PIB. La baisse de la production de pétrole-gaz et l’augmentation de la demande de produits énergétiques et agricoles ont aggravé la vulnérabilité de la balance commerciale aux aléas des marchés internationaux. Dans un contexte mondial difficile, la reprise semble plus faible que précédemment prévu.	fr
