dc.description.abstractThe document collection focuses on the implementation of GovTech solutions in a small country with a strategic location, aiming to improve its customs administration system. The country heavily relies on international trade, particularly as a corridor for neighboring landlocked nations. Despite impressive economic growth, the country faces human development deficits and fragility. The upgrade to the ASYCUDAWorld system, financed by the World Bank, has significantly improved customs clearance processes, making the national investment climate more attractive and advancing the government's goal of comprehensive online service delivery. The overall objective is to enhance access to e-government services and improve government revenue systems.en
