Biography
Rosechin Olfindo is a consultant in the World Bank. Since 2008, she has worked on social protection and labor issues in the Philippines and contributed in analytical work on conditional cash transfer program, active labor market programs, and skills development. She is also a research fellow in Ateneo de Manila University. Formerly, she was a research fellow in Asian Institute of Management, consultant in Asian Development Bank, and staff in the Philippines’ National Economic and Development Authority. She holds a master in public administration in international development from Harvard University.
