dc.description.abstractSouth-South Cooperation (SSC) has been gaining momentum as an effective mode of development assistance, complementing the more traditional North-South approach. The Accra Agenda for Action (AAA), agreed at the High Level Forum3 (HLF3) on aid effectiveness in September 2008, underlined the importance of SSC for the benefits it offers both aid recipients and providers. This exchange of development experiences, whether it takes place between governments, organizations or individuals, holds great potential.en
