Biography
Viviana Mora is a Colombian economist with working experience in data analysis on a wide range of topics, including urban development issues in both low and middle-income countries. She is currently linked to the Latin America and Caribbean region, where she works on analytical pieces in Argentina and Bolivia. In the South Asia region, she supported analytical work in Bangladesh and Nepal. Early in her career, Viviana worked for the Colombian Agriculture Ministry on data analysis and policy oversight. She received a master degree in Public Management from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and another one in Economics with a concentration in public economics from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia; also, a BA in Economics from same university.
