Paul M. Bisca is conflict and security analyst specialized in the intersection of security and development. He has previously led a public expenditure review of citizen security institutions in Mexico and worked on World Bank social development projects in Indonesia, El Salvador, Liberia, and Rwanda. Paul has also performed customized political risk analyses for firms specialized in business intelligence and corporate due diligence. He holds an MA in Strategic Studies and Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a BA in International Studies from Macalester College.
