Person: Le, Sang Minh
| authorProfile.biography | Sang Minh Le is a senior health specialist in the World Bank’s Viet Nam Country Office, where he works on human resource development in the health sector, digital health, environmental health, and public-private partnerships for health. For 20 years, he has provided policy advice and technical assistance to government agencies and health institutions in Cambodia, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Myanmar, and Viet Nam. Before joining the World Bank, he worked as a lecturer for a university and as a health expert for a consulting firm based in Hanoi, Viet Nam. He has published several books and numerous study reports. He holds a degree in general medicine, a master’s degree in public health, and a diploma in hospital management. | |
