It includes recommendations for coordinated policy investment prioritization, the establishment of an institutional enabling environment, and financing options for green growth in Bangladesh. These recommendations seek to equip the BangladeshPlanning Commission and the Finance Division to identify, discuss, and prioritize activities and investment proposals received annually from line ministries.
