The framework assesses health financing based on four core concepts: sufficiency, sustainability, resilience, and efficiency. For the HFSRA case study in Mexico, sufficiency is the main focus, with resilience and sustainability adding a time dimension to the analysis.en-USCC BY-NC 3.0 IGOHFSRAHEALTHFINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITYHEALTH SERVICESSDG 3Health Financial Sustainability and Resilience Assessment ReportReportWorld Bank10.1596/41566
