The survey has enabled a comprehensive analysis of electricity access and clean cooking in Pakistan using the Multi-Tier Framework (MTF) for Energy Access. The findings provide valuable insights into the current state of access to electricity for households, public institutions, and microenterprises, as well as access to clean cooking solutions across the country. This is the first such survey to be conducted in the country, and it provides granular information on the extent of energy access in Pakistan. This is critical for informing progress toward achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 7 (SDG7), which includes universal access to affordable, reliable and modern energy services by 2030. The findings can also help inform policy-making by the federal and provincial governments in Pakistan in support of universal energy access.en-USCC BY-NC 3.0 IGOENERGY ACCESSENERGY AND EXTRACTIVESENERGY EFFICIENCY FINANCEENERGETIC PARTICLESENERGY ACCESS POLICY AND REGULATIONSAFFORDABLE AND CLEAN ENERGYSDG 7Pakistan Energy Survey - Insights into the True Energy Access Situation in Pakistan Based on the Multi-Tier FrameworkReportWorld Bank10.1596/41817
