Hemen is one of the largest specialty women’s healthcare providers in Addis Ababa. In 2021, Hemen employed about 150 permanent staff and served 95,000 patients. Hemen is a member of IFC’s Women’s Leadership in Private Health Global Working Group, an initiative within IFC’s Global Health Platform.
