This report provides valuable insight for Thailand to develop the skills necessary to boost ideas-led growth and equity. The report draws on findings from employer surveys, analyses Thailand's skills development performance from the lifecycle perspective, and outlines possible strategies to meet the emerging challenges in matching labor force skills with Thailand's development objectives. In particular, the report highlights possible approaches for consideration while implementing the skills agenda outlined in the eleventh national economic and social development plan.
