Adaptation co-benefits are calculated using a context and location-specific, conservative and granular approach, and capture financing amounts directly linked to measures addressing climate change vulnerability in projects. Mitigation co-benefits are assigned to activities aimed at reducing, limiting, or sequestering GHG emissions to reduce the risk of climate change based on a list of activities that are compatible with low emissions pathways.
