Abstract
The document provides a database of
existing phone-based assessment interventions using SMS, IVR
and phone calls and their key features. There are two tabs
in the workbook: a) focus on student assessment: this tab
contains the interventions focused on student assessments
using SMS, IVR and phone calls; and b) use SMS-IVR calls,
not for SA: this tab contains the interventions, programs,
initiatives that focus on using SMS, IVR and phone call
technologies but not necessarily for student assessment.
