Cette période de changement impose des difficultés sur les gens de la région, et les foyers de conflit et de violence représentent un danger évident non seulement sur le plan régional, mais aussi global. Dans ces circonstances, il est essentiel de se concentrer sur le bien-être de la jeunesse de la région et leur santé économique et institutionnelle afin de jeter les bases pour une stabilité durable et une prospérité partagée.
