Ruben Conner is pursuing his DrPH at Johns Hopkins University. Previously, as an extended consultant in the Human Development Chief Economist’s Office, he guided SDI surveys in Armenia, Libya, and Moldova. Before joining the World Bank, he engaged in outbreak response for Doctors Without Borders in South Sudan and worked on malaria programs at PATH. His areas of focus include the cost and efficiency of health systems, large-scale impact evaluations, and vaccination planning.
