Biography
Eliana Zeballos is a Behavioral and Health Economics consultant at the World Bank and a Research Assistant at the University of California, Davis. She specializes in behavioral and development economics. Ms. Zeballos has designed and carried out impact evaluation projects and (framed-field) behavioral experiments, and is an expert data analyst. She received a BA in Economics from the Universidad Privada de Bolivia and a Master’s degree in International and Development Economics from the University of San Francisco, and is currently a doctoral candidate in Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California, Davis. Her current research interests are inequality and positional concerns in productivity. She is a Bolivian and U.S. national.
