Carlos Rodríguez-Castelán is a Senior Economist in the Poverty Global Practice (GPVDR) at the World Bank. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University in 2011. Prior to joining the World Bank he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Global Economy and Development Program of the Brookings Institution. He is currently the task team leader of the poverty and equity program in Colombia and co-leader of the thematic line on markets and institutions for poverty reduction and shared prosperity of the GPVDR. ...
