Biography

Guillermo Beylis, an Argentinean national, is a Research Economist in the World’s Bank Regional Chief Economist Office for Latin America and the Caribbean. He received a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in economics from Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Buenos Argentina, and holds a Ph.D. in Economics at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
